I look forward to catching up with parents and caregivers this week for our Learning Conferences. If you have not yet made a conference time please feel free to ring the office and we can work with you to make a time that suits.
Our school choir has their 'Everything is Ka Pai' performance coming up next Wednesday. They have been practising throughout the year and sound beautiful. If you are interested in coming to see them perform there will be door sales on the night: 6.30pm Wednesday the 30th October- at the Wigram Museum.
We are also practising for our school Athletics Day, we will be playing run, jump throw games for fitness and working on our skills and technique over the next 5 weeks.
Our inquiry focus is science and technology based this term. The children and I are excited to be learning all about machines - what they are and how they work/help people. I have welcomed them to bring things to school or share any knowledge they have on machines.It has been great to see so many smiling faces back at school and hear all about your holidays.
